What is the difference between a Password Protected Store and an Open Store?
Password protected stores will need a unique pass code to enter the store. These stores typically have an order window with an order deadline. Pass codes to enter these stores can be obtained from your team or group's coordinator. Open stores do not need a pass code to enter, and typically remain open throughout the year with 24/7 ordering.
How long does it take to get an order from an online store?
Orders from stores with an order deadline will usually be ready 2-3 weeks after the deadline. We will work with your team or group's coordinator to get the gear to you. Orders from open stores with no order deadline will usually be ready for pick up or delivery in 5-10 business days.
How do I check the status of an order?

Are there minimum quantity requirements when placing an order?
In most cases, there are no minimum quantity requirements. However, there are some manufacturers that might require a minimum order, and if so, we will let you know what that minimum requirement is.
Will you help me create my logo?
You bet! Give us some of your ideas and let us come up with something for you to consider. We'll work with you to get just the right image on your gear.
What's the best file type when sending artwork to Cheers?
Vector Art is the best format to send us artwork. Vector images are typically created in programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Flash. Each object in a vector file and be selected and individually manipulated independently from the rest of the image. These images are often referred to as 'color separated art'. Be sure to have all fonts converted to curves!
What about bitmap images or images taken from the web?
This is a tough one, and it all comes down to the quality of the image. In most cases, we can take a high resolution image and convert it to a vector image. If the image is low resolution, we might still be able to use it. Best path to take is to send it to us and we'll let you know if we can use it. Common file extension for bitmap images are .psd, .tis, .jpg, .gif, and .png.
Do you charge for logo designs?
We typically do not charge for this service, but if the image you want us to duplicate is a low quality bitmap, there could be a nominal art fee to get it into vector format.
How do we decide which items to include in an online store?
We will work with you to determine which items will best suit your team or group's needs and budget. We'll steer you towards the vendors and products that have been the most popular with other online stores, but ultimately you decide what you want in the store.
Can items in my online store be personalized?
Yes! Items can be personalized with names and/or numbers, which is essential for team uniforms and spirit wear worn by family members.
How does Fundraising work with online stores?
Our online stores make fundraising a cinch. Simply tell us how much you want to add onto the cost of the item, and that amount will be your "rebate" once the store closes. We'll send you a check for all those additional funds raised. It's a great way to raise much needed funds for your team or group.
