- Shipping & Delivery
- Most items ordered from our Sports Stores and School Stores will ship via UPS within one business day from the date of the order. We will email you tracking information so that you can check the status of your delivery. If you choose to pick up your order from our showroom, we will email you when the order is ready. Spirit Packs will typically be completed about two weeks after the order deadline. Most spirit packs will be delivered to a coach or team representative for distribution. We will send tracking information if we are shipping the spirit pack.
- Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy and will not share your address, phone number, and/or email address with any outside company. If you are in our email database, we will only email you monthly specials and announcements. Our email distribution will give you the option to unsubscribe from our email mailing list at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- Items purchased from our Sports Stores may be returned within 10 business days of receiving the order.
The items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same, new condition as received. If these requirements are met, we will refund the full purchase price (including the freight charged by us), or replace the item at no charge. The freight charge to return the order will only be refunded with prior approval from Cheers Sports. Returning items ordered from our School Stores and Spirit Packs will be handled on a case by case basis. Because these items will be embellished, they will be subject to a restocking fee.
